Feeding America

The COVID-19 pandemic – and its impact on jobs, income and health – has caused a huge increase in the dependence on food assistance across the United States.

The GHD Foundation has been helping families to keep food on the table through the Sacramento Food Bank, supporting the recovery of COVID-affected communities.

A further three US food banks have been supported in 2021 by the Foundation via the GHD Southeast YP group holiday fund drive, providing over 42,000 meals to the local community. These included Feeding Tampa Bay, Atlanta Community Food Bank, and Maryland Food Bank.
